Already Working With a Contractor or Designer?
You can still use Element Design Center for showroom access, product selection, and design coordination. Our process is largely the same. We just never charge a design fee when working through a contractor or outside designer. We meet directly with their clients to establish material selections, then hand the contractor a construction-ready package: complete installation guides, callouts for any special conditions, installation patterns, and color and material selection verification, for a worry-free installation that matches what the client expects.

Go full-service with Element from here through installation, or bring your own contractor and we’ll hand off a construction-ready package instead. Either way, you won’t pay a separate design fee.
4. The Remodel Happens
Our in-house project managers oversee the work from demolition through the final walkthrough, or your contractor executes using our documentation and specifications.
